BFA Capstone Project - No More Secrets
For this project I designed a children's book that focuses on teaching kids about sexual abuse and how to prevent it and what to do if it happens to them. Even though child sexual abuse is a sensitive topic, I felt it was important to talk about it because my research proved that children are victimized more often than we realize. In order to try and prevent this from happening, both children and parents should be aware of the signs and have the necessary tools in dealing with this problem.
